Role Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to support our GM - Services (Technical) with day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks. The role involves managing service-related documentation, coordinating with OEMs and suppliers, and assisting in the procurement of spare parts. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with OEMs and suppliers to collect spare parts lists, manuals, and service documentation.
• Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) and track delivery status.
• Maintain and update records for spare parts, service reports, and AMC schedules.
• Assist in organizing data for service projects and technical reports.
• Support the GM – Services in ensuring timely communication, documentation, and follow-ups.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of data in Excel/ERP systems. 
• Provide general administrative support to the Service team as needed.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering preferred 
• Basic understanding of spare parts and technical drawings
• Proficiency in MS Excel and general documentation and record keeping.
• Strong attention to detail and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn and grow within a technical service environment.
