Company Profile: Dealing in Construction Chemicals products & Service Provider Position: Technical Head Job Location : Bangalore Job Summary: Technical operations related to flooring projects, ensuring timely execution, and maintaining high standards of client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage alltechnical aspects of Polyurethane and Epoxy floor coating projects. Coordinate and arrange manpower and contractors to ensure project deadlines are met. Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, ensuring quality workmanship and timely completion of projects. Monitor project progress, quality control, and ensure compliance with industry standards. Ensure client satisfaction by delivering projects that meet or exceed expectations. Troubleshoot and resolve any on-site technical issues promptly. Stay updated with the latest developments in floor coating materials and techniques. Manage project budgets, materials, and resource allocation efficiently. Prepare and present projectreports to management. Desired Profile : Diploma / B.E. (Civil) with 10-12 yrs of proven experience in Polyurethane and Epoxy floor coatings on concrete surfaces. Strong contractor network/database and experience managing contractorrelationships. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring high standards of quality. Excellent knowledge of flooring materials, installation techniques, and best practices. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Ability to troubleshoot technical problems and implement effective solutions. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Relevant technical certifications in coating applications or a related field will be an added advantage.
