Technical Senior Support Engineer Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Senior Support Engineer to provide exceptional support for our internal and external customers. You will be a critical member of our team, troubleshooting technical issues related to our SaaS applications and underlying cloud infrastructure. This role requires a blend of expertise in SaaS support and cloud platform knowledge. Responsibilities SaaS Support: Diagnose and resolve customer issues related to our SaaS applications. This includes troubleshooting login issues, functionality problems, and configuration errors. Cloud Infrastructure Support: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues affecting the underlying cloud infrastructure that supports our SaaS applications. This may involve working with cloud providers like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Customer Focus: Deliver exceptional customer service by providing timely and accurate solutions to customer inquiries. Maintain clear and concise communication throughout the troubleshooting process. Knowledge Base Development: Document technical issues and develop clear solutions and test cases to be used for future reference and knowledge sharing within the team. Collaboration: Work effectively with development and operations teams to identify root causes of issues and implement solutions effectively. Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to improve support processes and documentation. Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical support within a SaaS or cloud computing environment. Proven experience troubleshooting and resolving issues in SaaS applications. Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) is a must. Hands-on Knowledge of Linux (Centos/Ubuntu) and Databases (SQL, NoSQL, and Cloud Databases). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field (preferred). Relevant IT certifications (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert, etc.) are a plus.
