Job Description

Job location: Coimbatore Work Mode: WFO Key Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, goals, schedules, resources, and budget allocations. Coordinate and lead internal teams across functional groups within the company and clients. Identify potential risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies to address issues that may impact project timelines or quality. Effective Sprint Planning, User Stories skills, and experience leveraging Agile/Scrum/Kanban tools to manage projects effectively. Certification in Agile/Scrum/Kanban is a must and have a good understanding of the Software Development lifecycle and methodologies of Agile/Scrum/Kanban. Communicate clearly and consistently with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations. Implement quality assurance processes and methodologies. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget. Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs while assessing the impact on project deliverables. Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and other relevant records. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field of study Experience with enterprise-level Data and Digital Solutions would be beneficial for this role.
