About The Role : At least 7years to 12 years of overall IT experience At least 4years of Scrum Master Experience is Mandatory Should have technical background (Ex- Dotnet. Java Etc) Should be from Banking / Insurance domain only Mandatory Agile certifications (PSM2/SAFe RTE/SAFe Agilist/SAFe Scrum Master) Should have experience working on Cloud / Devops Validate requirements with stakeholders and the project team, provide suggestions and recommendations based on previous experience and industry Guiding the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers Guiding the team on self-organization to fill in the intentional gaps left in the Agile/Scrum frameworks Well versed with Scrumframeworks.
