Job description Summary: Furious Computer Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Technical Sales to join our sales team. The Technical Sales will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers, as well as identifying new business opportunities to drive revenue growth. This individual will work closely with other members of the sales team, as well as cross-functional teams such as marketing and product development, to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Key Responsibilities: · Identify and develop new business opportunities through lead generation, cold-calling and networking. · Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to drive revenue growth. · Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company. · Understand customer needs and provide solutions that meet those needs through effective product knowledge. · Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. · Stay up to date with industry trends and competitive analysis to develop effective sales strategies. · Manage and maintain accurate customer information in the company's CRM system. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing and product development to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field .
