Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Sales Experience with Department of Space (ISRO), Defence Labs (DRDO), CSIR Labs, IITs, IISc, IISERs, Universities, etc. Knowledge of market for various lasers which are used by industries like- Fiber Lasers, UV Lasers, Picosecond Lasers, Diode Lasers, Co2 Lasers, High power diode lasers and other lasers which are used by industries. Will have to generate leads for Customized solution as per customer's requirement. Client acquisition, retention, enhancement will be a part of the KRA. Responsible for New Business Development via prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing Advertising services to increase the market share of promising designs. Be responsible for end to end sales: Lead Generation to closure and post closure relationship management. Target Based Job of Sales, sales responsibility Benefits Maintaining a strong working knowledge of client portfolios / products with the company resolving customers' queries within agreed authority. Desired Candidate Profile Experience managing Sales team. Experience working with Government Engineering Institutes, Central Universities, Research Labs, etc. Experience in generating and maintaining sales leads.
