Job Title: Technical Sales Officer – Cement Industry Location: Chittorgarh, Rajasthan Industry: Cement / Industrial Products Experience: 2+ years in technical sales or support (preferably in cement, construction, or heavy industry) We are looking for a Technical Sales Officer to join our team in Chittorgarh . The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and the ability to use their knowledge to communicate the value of our products to cement plant personnel, engineers, and decision-makers. This is a field-based technical sales role , focused on B2B sales, product demonstrations, technical discussions, and relationship building . Key Responsibilities: Identify and engage with potential clients within cement plants and related industries. Provide technical product presentations and explain the performance, compatibility, and advantages of our offerings. Conduct site visits , understand plant operations, and offer customized solutions based on client needs. Build and maintain strong relationships with plant engineers, purchase departments, and management . Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely support, product delivery, and post-sales service. Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and client feedback. Prepare regular sales reports and maintain client records in CRM. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field. 2+ years of experience in technical sales or support , preferably in cement, construction materials, or heavy machinery . Strong understanding of industrial processes in cement plants . Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills . Willing to travel within the region for plant visits and client meetings. Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently.
