Job Description

As a Technical Sales Specialist/ Manager for west region at Imperial Life Science Ltd, your role will be to drive the product sales and promotion of the molecular biology and genomics portfolio. Here's what is expected from you: **Role Overview:** You will actively engage with customers from various sectors such as Academia, laboratories, hospitals, molecular diagnostic labs, forensic labs, agriculture institutes, veterinary customers, and Pharma/Biopharma customers. Your responsibilities will include business planning, forecasting, achieving objectives, and revenue forecasts. It will be crucial for you to meet and exceed sales targets while developing tactical plans to maximize business and revenues. Moreover, you will be required to drive the development of new business opportunities, increase strategic partnerships, and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and stakeholders. Your outbound marketing efforts will be essential to deliver on the genomics and molecular biology division's sales and revenue goals. **Key Responsibilities:** - Actively engage with customers from multiple sectors - Accountable for business planning and forecasting - Meet and exceed sales targets - Develop tactical plans for maximizing business and revenues - Drive the development of new business opportunities and references - Maintain relationships with key customers and references - Execute outbound marketing plan - Provide accurate forecasts and maintain data management diligence - Achieve sales target for the assigned territory **Qualifications Required:** - Excellent communication skills at all business levels - Problem-solving, solution-based, and strategic approach - Time management and planning skills - Customer-oriented skills, enthusiastic attitude, and solid work ethics - Master's degree in Life Science or related field - 5-7 years of experience in successful sales predominantly in Life Science domain - Good market knowledge in focus areas such as sales territory, instrumentation business, Life Science market, Diagnostics market, or specialist area - Experience in managing sales team and territory through focused planning and execution - Proven experience in handling and managing instrument sales like NGS, Microarray, Real-time, and automation solutions - Willingness to travel extensively (more than 70%) Imperial Life Science Ltd is looking for a dynamic individual like you who can drive sales, build relationships, and contribute to the growth of the company in the west region.,
