Organisation: TECHON ELECTRO CONTROLS PRIVATE LIMITED Designation: Sales & Marketing  Executive Job Location: Ahmedabad Department: Sales & Marketing Grade/ Level: L3 Direct Reporting To: Sales Director (Mr. Ankit Patel) No. of Opening: 3 Job Purpose:  To generate sales for electrical control panels by identifying customer needs, providing technical  solutions, and building strong client relationships. The role focuses on increasing business from  industries, consultants, and OEMs while ensuring smooth coordination with internal teams for timely  project execution. Responsibilities: 1. Identify new clients in industries and generate business leads through field  visits, referrals, and cold calls. 2. Understand client technical requirements and propose appropriate panel  solutions (MCC, PCC, APFC, VFD, AMF, AUTOMATION etc.). 3. Prepare and present technical-commercial quotations, in coordination  with the design and estimation teams. 4. Follow up with clients, negotiate terms, and convert inquiries into  confirmed orders. 5. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business  and referrals. 6. Coordinate with internal departments for smooth project execution and  timely delivery. 7. Maintain records of leads, proposals, sales pipeline, and report activities  to management. 8. Stay updated with market trends, competitor activity, and new product  innovations. 9. Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and seminars to promote company  offerings. 10. Support continuous improvement by providing field feedback to the  technical and product teams. Requisite Skills: a) Diploma / B.E. / B. Tech in Electrical Engineering b) 1 to 5 years of experience in technical sales (preferably in panel  manufacturing) c) Strong communication and negotiation skills d) Knowledge of electrical components, panel wiring, and basic design e) Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and CRM tools f) Must own a two-wheeler and be willing to travel locally Designation: Technical Sales Exe.
