Position Title: Technical Sales Executive
Location: Mohali (Night Shift)
Employment Type: Full-time
Experience Level: 0–1 year (Fresher’s are welcome to apply)

Key Responsibilities (KRA)

• Set sales goals and develop strategies to achieve them.
• Provide remote client support on inbound calls related to computers, printers, and related devices.
• Troubleshoot technical issues for US/Canada customers concerning computers and printers.
• Research prospects and generate leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
• Contact potential and existing customers via phone and email.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure satisfaction.
• Manage the sales process using specific software tools.
• Build and maintain a comprehensive CRM database.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Actively participate in sales team meetings and collaborative efforts.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: 0–1 year in a customer care or related role (Freshers are encouraged to apply).
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Self-motivated with a drive for success and a proactive approach.
• Confident communicator, particularly with business directors and C-level executives.
• Quick relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset.

Work Schedule

• Monday to Saturday (Alternate Saturdays are off).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
