Description We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Technical Sales Executive with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a proven ability to engage with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions that drive sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for technology, and a desire to succeed in a competitive market. Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive sales growth. Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients by providing exceptional customer service and support. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the technical aspects and benefits of our products. Collaborate with the technical team to understand product specifications and tailor solutions to meet customer needs. Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients in a timely manner. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business development. Participate in trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote products and services. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. 2-3 years of experience in technical sales or a related field, preferably in the IT or software industry. Strong technical knowledge of products and services being sold, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a focus on relationship building. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
