Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Identify potential customers and projects and retain existing customers through business generation 2. Capable of generating sales leads, identifying opportunities, and meet sales targets 3. Overall understanding of products and technical preparedness 4. Maintain an in-depth level of technical and industry knowledge through regular forecasts and market trends; to develop sales strategy 5. Maintain and track sales records efficiently 6. Be proficient in selling and have proven track record of ability to build strong customer relationships, particularly with engineering consultants, end users and system integrators. 7. Support sales department in sales budgeting and pricing issues, and review cost and sales performance 8. Represent Warade PackTech at trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings 9. Negotiating contracts, terms and conditions 10. Collaborating with the design, production, engineering, or research and development departments of the company to determine how products and services could be made or modified to suit the needs of the customer. 11. Identify client requirements: (technical requirements, client infrastructure, configuration, and requirements), technical design (including solution configurations and diagrams) and planning phases of the sales cycle. 12. Attending after sales service calls.
