About Us

Spectrum Solar Power is a leading renewable energy company offering solar solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial clients across Kerala. We are looking for a dedicated Sales Engineer to join our Trivandrum (Pattom) team and support our growing customer base.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential customers and generate leads through field visits, calls, and referrals.
• Meet clients, understand their technical requirements, and recommend suitable solar solutions.
• Conduct site visits and coordinate with the technical team for system assessments.
• Explain product features, benefits, and technical specifications to customers.
• Prepare quotations, follow up with clients, and close sales.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare daily activity reports and update sales progress regularly.

Candidate Requirements

• Qualification: ITI in Electrical, Electronics, or any related field.
• Experience in sales is preferred (solar or electrical sales experience is an added advantage).
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand basic technical concepts related to solar systems.
• Willingness to travel within Trivandrum for client meetings and field visits.
• Self-motivated and target-driven personality.
