Role & responsibilities Experience: 2 Years Employment: Full Time Employment Location: Chennai Departments: BE (Mechanical, E &I) Job Description: Services Existing Accounts obtain orders. Establish New Accounts by planning and organizing Daily Work Schedule to call on existing or potential sales, outlets and other trade factors. Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor. Getting updated on the recent developments in Technology and Engineering and acquiring complete knowledge in the product and its applications. Study Customers applications on site and have technical discussions and offer them a solution. Submit Quotations by referring to Price List and Product Literature. Keeps Management informed by submitting activity, results, reports such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, monthly & annual territory analysis. Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc. Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management. Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
