Role Overview: We are hiring a motivated Sales Engineer with a solid mechanical engineering background and strong sales acumen. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with clients, understands industrial components, and can provide technical solutions while generating business. Key Responsibilities: Understand and explain AniGears' mechanical products (couplings, pulleys, etc.) Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications Conduct product measurements, basic troubleshooting, and technical discussions Use AutoCAD/SolidWorks for simple design modifications Generate enquiries, give quotations, and follow up with clients Visit clients regularly for sales and support, and maintain strong relationships Present technical proposals, conduct meetings, and represent AniGears at tenders and events Coordinate internally to ensure timely delivery and support Skills Required: Technical knowledge of mechanical components Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills Experience with AutoCAD, MS Office, and email-based client interaction Confident in sales pitches and client engagement Preferred Knowledge: Power transmission products and their applications Reading and understanding engineering drawings Basic manufacturing and quality control awareness Traits We Value: Confident, problem-solver, team player Energetic and target-driven with a positive attitude Show more Show less
