Role : Technical Sales - Business Development (Female) Department : Waterproofing Reporting Authority : RSM / AVP Sales & Marketing (Waterproofing) Desired Qualification : BTECH / B.E. (Civil) + MBA preferred Desired Experience: 4 - 8 Years Industry : Construction Chemical / Waterproofing/ Building Material industry Only Female candidates will be preferred. Job Role: The incumbent will be responsible for all aspects of specification jobs which includes writing specification / ensuring that the specifications written are given impetus and thrust especially with technical community including opinion makers for all products. 1. To write down specifications incorporating our products and as specified by company. 2. To build relation with consultants and customers so as to ensure that our products are incorporated in the tender/BOQ stage it-self 3. Breaking the competitors specifications for projects on ground and get the approvals or our products for business conversion 4. Regular competitor analysis 5. Maintain MIS reports and present them while performance review. Desired Candidate Profile: Degree in Civil Engineering preferable MBA with at least 4-6 years of relevant experience in Construction Chemical / Waterproofing/ Building Material industry. 2. Candidate must possess good Communication & Interpersonal Skills. 3. Added advantage will be given to those who had good relation with Architects / PMCs/ Specifiers.
