Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Sales Associate located in Gurugram. The Technical Sales Associate will identify and connect with prospective clients, present and explain AI-based solutions, and manage the sales cycle to achieve targets. Responsibilities include providing technical guidance to clients, delivering exceptional customer service, and facilitating training sessions to help clients maximize the benefits of Gignaati’s platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide feedback and enhance customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Technical Sales and Sales, with the ability to understand and articulate technical products and solutions
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills, with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships
• Experience in Training users or clients in technical applications is highly desirable
• Proficiency in presenting technical concepts with clarity and effectiveness
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to evolving technologies
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Familiarity with AI technology, no-code platforms, or related tools is a plus
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and committed to driving sales growth
