Role Description

This is a contract remote role for a Technical Recruiter. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various technical positions. day-to-day tasks include identifying job requirements, posting job advertisements, conducting initial candidate screenings, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers. The Technical Recruiter will also be responsible for building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Recruiting, and Technical Recruiting skills
• Strong Hiring capabilities
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
