Job Description

A Bench Sales Recruiter is responsible for marketing and placing IT consultants who are currently on the bench into client projects. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, negotiation expertise, and a deep understanding of IT staffing and recruitment processes. Key Responsibilities:Source, screen, and place IT professionals into suitable client roles.Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, vendors, and clients.Negotiate rates and contracts with clients and candidates.Track and meet key performance indicators for bench utilization.Coordinate interviews between clients and consultants.Stay updated on industry trends and market demands.Maintain and update candidate databases and profiles.Ensure compliance with legal and company policies in recruitment processes. Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.Minimum 2 years of experience in IT recruiting or sales.Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies.Proven track record in meeting or exceeding recruitment targets.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM software, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
