Role: Technical Recruiter/Senior Technical Recruiter Openings: 3 Location: Noida (Initially Remote) Requirement: 2-5 years of experience in US IT staffing and technical recruitment. Deep understanding of technical requirements. Ideal candidates should have a background in recruitment with Tier-1 Vendors. A comprehensive understanding of US staffing standards, including payment terms and tax structures (W2, C2C, and 1099), is essential. Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job boards such as Ceipal, CareerBuilder, Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and others. Proven track record in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and executing successful hiring practices.
