Role: Jr. Technical Recruiter Location: Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad, Telangana, India Work Hours: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM Experience: 0.6 yrs - 1 Yrs Note: PRIOR WORKING EXPERIENCE IN IT INDUSTRY Strictly Work Form Office Role & responsibilities. Able to fill the internal positions like Software Developers. Fill open positions effectively and efficiently. Negotiate offers with candidates as required. Develop and maintain a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need. Build networks to find qualified passive candidates. Advice and coach managers about recruitment processes and suitability of candidates for positions. Make recommendations for process improvements. Stay up to date on emerging trends and regulations which may impact the organisation's talent acquisition program. Develop and implement the HR road map for the business unit working with management. Skills Required. Strong understanding of recruitment practices such as sourcing techniques and interviewing skills. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Minimum Bachelors Degree required, MBA in HR is advantage. Prior working experience in IT industry Experience in hiring for positions like Android Developers, Java Developers and Angular Developers etc Proven ability to work independently and take initiative . Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High level of interpersonal skills and professionalism to handle sensitive and confidential situations and detailed documentation. Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
