About the Role

IT Recruiter


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage

    end-to-end recruitment

    for tech and (occasionally) non-tech roles.
  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various platforms eg. Linkedin, Naukri.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
  • Build and maintain a strong

    talent pipeline.

  • Ensure a smooth and positive

    candidate experience

    throughout the process.


Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in

    IT recruitment.

  • Strong understanding of technical roles and modern hiring practices.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in

    product-based companies, startups, or IT recruitment firms

    preferred.
  • Open to taking up

    non-tech roles

    as needed.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
