Key Responsibilities

Manage
end-to-end recruitment
for tech and (occasionally) non-tech roles.
Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various platforms eg. Linkedin, Naukri.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
Build and maintain a strong
talent pipeline.
Ensure a smooth and positive
candidate experience
throughout the process.

Requirements

1-2 years of experience in
IT recruitment.
Strong understanding of technical roles and modern hiring practices.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

preferred.
