Roles and Responsibilities Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc. Screen resumes and cover letters to identify top talent for technical positions. Conduct initial phone or video interviews with potential candidates to assess their skills and fit for the role. Shortlist suitable candidates based on requirements and schedule face-to-face interviews with hiring managers. Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to offer extension. Desired Candidate Profile 0-3 years of experience in IT staffing or Non IT recruitment industry. Strong understanding of IT recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview scheduling, and offer management. Excellent communication skills with ability to effectively communicate with clients (hiring managers) and candidates alike.
