Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the IT industry, excellent sourcing skills, and the ability to attract top technical talent. You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Key Responsibilities: Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and define job requirements. Source, screen, and interview candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, networking, referrals, etc.). Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals across various domains. Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidate fit based on technical and cultural aspects. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Manage offer negotiations, reference checks, and onboarding processes. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate information. Build strong relationships with candidates to enhance the employer brand. Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and competitor hiring strategies.
