Technical Recruiter

Job Responsibilities

- Working on end to end recruitment process

- Sourcing candidates through different job portals, social networks, and headhunting

- Posting and advertising the jobs on various sites

- Preliminary screening/conduct first level telephonic interview/ shortlisting the right profile against the given requirement

- Schedule the interviews with different level/clients and follow up for the feedbacks

- Following up with shortlisted candidates till they on-board

- Analyzing and understanding the technical recruitment process

- Collaborate effectively with Team leads to drive a high level of performance

- Ensuring adherence to process
