The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top IT talent to meet the growing needs of our organization or clients. This role requires a deep understanding of technical roles, hiring best practices, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles. Write and post technical job descriptions on relevant platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed). Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and networking events. Conduct initial screenings and technical assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams and candidates. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and timely hiring cycle. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and status updates using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, technologies, and compensation benchmarks. Show more Show less
