Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Lead end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify talent gaps.
Collaborate with hiring managers to design job descriptions, develop interview questions, and create effective recruitment strategies.
Analyze metrics to measure recruitment performance and make data-driven decisions to improve processes.

Job Requirements :

4-8 years of experience in IT staffing or technical recruitment.
Proven track record of successful end-to-end recruitment campaigns for complex technical positions.
Strong understanding of technology hiring trends and industry best practices in IT recruitment.
Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
