Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify talent gaps.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to design job descriptions, develop interview questions, and create effective recruitment strategies.
  • Analyze metrics to measure recruitment performance and make data-driven decisions to improve processes.

Job Requirements :

  • 4-8 years of experience in IT staffing or technical recruitment.
  • Proven track record of successful end-to-end recruitment campaigns for complex technical positions.
  • Strong understanding of technology hiring trends and industry best practices in IT recruitment.
  • Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
