  Youll be the go-to person for sourcing talent from multiple channels. Your knack for identifying the right profiles will be key.

• Candidate Engagement:

  Engage with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.

• Partnering with Managers:

  Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide advice on best practices.

• Follow-Up:

  Regularly check in with managers to see how our recruiting plans are working and make improvements as needed.

• Building Our Brand:

  Help amplify Seismics employer brand and establish our presence in the India market.

• Managing ATS:

  Keep our Applicant Tracking System (ICIMS) up-to-date and ensure smooth communication throughout the recruitment journey.

• Special Projects:

  Jump in on special projects and people initiatives as needed.
