We have urgent requirements for the position of Technical Recruiter (IT) who have good experience in Contractual hiring at Apolis Consulting, Noida 63, Uttar Pradesh. Qualification: MBA/BBA or a related field is preferred , Any graduate Remuneration Package: Hiring incentive and additional company benefits Experience 2 - 6 Years Budget upto 4 LPA Work Experience: End-to-end recruitment process, excellent communication, and good computer skills. Job Responsibility: Handling end to end IT recruitment across levels. Sourcing the right Candidates through internal database, headhunting, job portals, networking as per job specifications given. Has experience in contractual hiring, CTH/C2H hiring Experience in skills like - SAP, Oracle Techno functional, ServiceNow, Java, Dotnet, Data Science, Angular, react, Frontend, Big Data Screening and short listing of Candidates. Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions Negotiating Salary with shortlisted candidates. Collecting required documents on time Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board.
