Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Records Management

Maintain and control all aircraft, engine, and component technical records in accordance with DGCA/EASA/FAA regulations and company procedures.
Ensure timely and accurate recording of maintenance activities, modifications, inspections, and component changes.
Verify completeness and accuracy of work packs, logbooks, and maintenance documents.

2. Compliance & Audit

Prepare and support internal, regulatory, and customer audits related to technical documentation.
Monitor compliance with airworthiness requirements and address discrepancies in records.
Liaise with Quality Assurance and Continuing Airworthiness teams to ensure documentation aligns with approved maintenance programs.

3. Digital Record Systems

Manage electronic document management systems (EDMS) and ensure proper data entry and digital archiving.
Lead initiatives to digitize and modernize record-keeping processes.

4. Coordination & Reporting

Coordinate with Engineering, Maintenance, and Planning teams for technical data exchange.
Provide technical record summaries, status reports, and aircraft documentation for deliveries, redeliveries, and audits.

5. Team Leadership (for Manager Role)

Supervise and guide the Technical Records team, ensuring accuracy, productivity, and adherence to procedures.
Conduct training sessions and implement process improvements within the department.
