Work Location - Hyderabad / Ahmadabad Experience Range - 10 to 20 Years Notice Period : 0 to 10 Days Roles and Responsibilities: Drive the adoption of Agile methodologies across project teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies such as PI planning, backlog grooming, sprint planning, stand-ups, sprint demos, and retrospectives. Need experience in any of the programming language like Java / .Net /JavaScript / Frontend. Oversee project teams, providing guidance, removing impediments, and ensuring team accountability for commitments. Maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices, utilizing tools for effective project execution. Engage in hands-on coding and provide technical leadership to enhance team capabilities. Manage project financials, including account profitability, revenue, and margins, and provide regular progress and metric reports. Proactively identify, escalate, and resolve project risks and issues in a timely manner. Competency in leading projects using Agile methodology, including extensive knowledge of Scrum practices. Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and lead cross-functional teams. Excellent communication, presentation, planning, and organizational skills. Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to drive team performance and project success. project management experience with a successful track record in end-to-end delivery.
