Are you a seasoned IT professional with a knack for driving complex technical projects to success? We're looking for a Technical Project Manager with 9+ years of experience to join our team in Pune . Responsibilities Define project scope, timelines, and objectives with clear alignment to business and technical goals Oversee day-to-day project execution to ensure timely, high-quality delivery within budget Act as a bridge between stakeholders, development teams, DevOps, and QA Lead agile ceremonies – sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies Maintain detailed documentation and project reports Manage project budgets and optimize resource allocation Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field 9+ years in the IT industry, including 3–5+ years in project management Must have hands-on development experience Proficiency in tools like JIRA , Trello , or Microsoft Project Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban); Scrum Master experience preferred Strong knowledge of software development , cloud technologies , or IT infrastructure Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications PMP , PRINCE2 , or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) Experience with cloud platforms – AWS, Azure, or GCP Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines Show more Show less
