Scope Management Stakeholder Management Agile Coaching/ Guidance to managed teams. Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments. Ability to deliver in iterative cycles and adapt to changing requirements. Understanding of Program Management basics (Cost/ Scope and Quality/ Time) Experience managing Fixed and Retainer engagements Exposure to overseas clients (or overseas working) Excellent Communication (weak language is okay but ability to listen/ understand/ and explain ideas need to be above par) Growth Mindset People Person Resource Management Collaboration : Ability to work in cross-functional teams. Problem-solving : analytical and critical thinking to resolve problems and challenges. Attention to Details : ensuring accuracy in data and processes Someone who has managed large scale data projects Project Responsibilities Enable team to follow agile in spirit and not just go through the motions of meetings and deliverables. Be a first-class citizen in a high-performance software development team. Be involved in the complete software development cycle. Understand requirements and facilitate the team to deliver the technical solutions Enable the team and ensure software / Code delivered is as per specifications and requirements provided.
