Technical Project Manager (Release & Compliance Management) Location: Noida Type: Full-time Experience: 8-13 Years Job Summary We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to drive product releases, ensure smooth sprint execution, and manage technical compliance across teams. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in release management, agile methodologies, sprint planning, business reporting, and compliance , along with expertise in project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, and others . Key Responsibilities Release & Sprint Management Oversee the end-to-end release lifecycle , ensuring timely and smooth product launches. Work closely with engineering, QA, and product teams to define sprint goals, prioritize tasks, and track progress. Identify and mitigate risks affecting sprint or release timelines . Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and sprint retrospectives. Product Releases & Tech Compliance Drive release planning, coordination, and execution across multiple product teams. Ensure adherence to technical and business compliance requirements for all releases. Implement and monitor release governance processes and compliance frameworks. Work with legal, security, and audit teams to ensure regulatory adherence. Monthly Business Reviews & Stakeholder Management Prepare and present monthly business reviews (MBRs) on product performance, sprint efficiency, and compliance metrics. Provide key insights and recommendations for process improvements. Act as a bridge between product, engineering, and leadership teams , ensuring alignment on deliverables and business priorities. Project Documentation & Process Optimization Maintain detailed project documentation in JIRA, Confluence, and other collaboration tools . Standardize release notes, sprint reports, and compliance records for audit purposes. Continuously improve agile methodologies and best practices within the organization. Required Skills & Qualifications 10-12 years of experience in Technical Project Management, Agile Delivery, or Release Management . Expertise in JIRA, Confluence, and Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban). Strong knowledge of release management processes and best practices. Experience in technical compliance and governance frameworks . Excellent documentation skills for technical and business reporting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset. Ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally with different teams. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications PMP, CSM, SAFe Agile, ITIL, or similar certifications . Experience with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines . Knowledge of security and regulatory compliance standards (ISO, GDPR, SOC 2, etc.).
