We are seeking an experienced Java Technical Project Manager with a strong background in the Payments & Cards domain. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Java technologies, project management best practices, and experience leading technical teams in delivering high-performance payment solutions. Required Skills & Experience: Technical Expertise: Strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs . Proficiency in SQL, NoSQL databases (Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB) . Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) . Exposure to DevOps (CI/CD, Kubernetes, Docker) is a plus. Payments & Cards Domain Knowledge: Experience working with card schemes (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, AMEX) . Understanding of payment processing flows, transaction settlement, and fraud detection . Familiarity with HSM (Hardware Security Module), tokenization, and encryption . Project Management & Leadership: Experience managing Agile teams and delivering complex IT projects. Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications: PMP, CSM (Certified Scrum Master), SAFe Agile, or equivalent. Domain Certifications: PCIDSS, ISO 20022, or other relevant payment certifications.
