Job Details: • Job Role: - Technical Project Manager. • Work Type: - Work from Office. • Shift Timing: - General Shift. • Work Location: - Pune. • Working Days: - 5 days working Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Leading a team of 15-30 resources 2. Manage scope of projects from inception to closure in fast paced environment. 3. Define, estimate, develop and manage implementation schedules and project budgets 4. Identify resource need, task assignment and tracking, monitoring, and delivering on schedule 5. Reviewing & approving deliverables (applications scope & scope change management / quality / documents / time sheets / leaves / regularization/etc.) prepared by team before passing/communicating to client/stakeholders 6. Guiding the team on technology selection and implementation, thorough technical reviews, and contribute towards absorption of new technologies, processes, and methods by making them part of own team's delivery plan 7. Analyzing project profitability and Resources utilization 8. Support the sales team in gathering requirements to develop a solution fit with a strong value proposition 9. Conducting team meetings, client communication, status reporting, project acceptance and project closure activities 10. Checking progress of the team against targets / goals / objectives set on a periodic basis 11. Identifying resource training & development need, resource problems 12. Implement effective succession planning, people management, development, recruitment, and retention strategies for the department 13. Upholding customer satisfaction through value-based delivery 14. Setting up the processes, implementing & improving the process 15. Experience in formal employee performance management process. 16. Strong Knowledge of Jira, SVN, Scrum and Cloud Technologies. 17. Hands on Experience on ASP.NET, MVC, C#, MSSQL Technologies. Qualifications: 1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 2. Must have Banking, Financial Knowledge with Payment Process. 3. Strong Analytical, Details of Eye, problem-solving and debugging skills 4. Strong Verbal, Written and Interpersonal skills. 5. Have a growth mindset and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies 6. PMP Certified, Scrum Certified would be preferred
