Project Planning and Execution: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Create detailed work plans, manage timelines, and coordinate resources for successful project delivery. Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors. Ensure clear communication and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Risk Management: Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks and potential roadblocks. Ensure proactive risk management and issue resolution to keep projects on track. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and accountability. Ensure team alignment with project goals and organizational objectives. Technical Understanding: Work closely with technical teams to translate business needs into technical solutions. Understand the technical landscape and manage projects with an eye for technical feasibility and innovation. Budget and Resource Management: Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines. Optimize resource allocation and ensure project financials are aligned with business expectations. Agile Methodologies: Promote and implement agile project management methodologies. Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other agile ceremonies as required. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all deliverables meet the company s quality standards and are aligned with client expectations. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in technical project management within a software development or IT environment. Proven experience managing large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Strong technical background with a good understanding of software development processes, architectures, and technologies. Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies . Strong understanding of project management tools like JIRA, Trello, Asana, or MS Project. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is a plus. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
