About the role We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will drive the execution of complex technical projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and in alignment with the company s strategic goals. Responsibilities Work with clients to clearly define the project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines. Develop detailed project plans, including milestones, deadlines, and resource allocation. Act as the bridge between technical teams (developers, engineers) and non-technical stakeholders (clients). Maintain quality of the AI and ML predictions with real-time evaluation. Act as the point of contact for clients, ensuring their requirements are understood and met. Mentor the team with hands-on knowledge and wisdom of ML and AI tools / algorithms. Monitor the project s progress against timelines and budget. Adjust plans as necessary to keep things on track. Ensure that project milestones and deliverables are met on time and within budget. Regularly update stakeholders on project progress, timelines, and any issues that arise. Facilitate sync meetings and keep teams focused on their priorities. Oversee the deployment of software and ensure it is done smoothly. Identify potential risks early on and develop mitigation strategies. Manage and allocate resources (e.g., developers, designers, testers) to ensure project success. Ensure that the project goals are technically feasible and that resources and timelines are aligned with the projects complexity. Oversee the technical aspects of the project and ensure that the development team adheres to coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines. Collaborate with developers to review design documents and make sure the technical solutions align with the project s objectives. Ensure the final product meets the required quality standards. Collaborate with QA teams to create testing strategies and ensure proper testing throughout the development process. Oversee the execution of UAT to confirm the software meets user requirements. Ensure that bugs are logged, prioritized, and addressed by the development team. Work closely with the development team to ensure smooth collaboration, communication, and alignment with the project vision. Ensure that all necessary documentation is created, including requirements specifications, and project reports. Keep track of project changes and ensure proper version control is maintained. Continuously assess and improve development processes to enhance efficiency and quality. Address any post-launch issues, bugs, or user feedback, and ensure fixes or updates are provided promptly. Manage the project backlog, ensure user stories are clear, and help prioritize tasks. Facilitate sprints, sprint planning, retrospectives, and help the team adhere to Agile principles. Requirements Project Management: Proven track record in project planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination. Team Leadership: Demonstrated experience in guiding and mentoring engineering teams toward success. Technical Expertise: Previous experience working as a developer in software development/ Machine learning. Customer-Facing Experience: Strong communication skills with the ability to manage client expectations effectively. Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field; Master s degree preferred. Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably with a focus on machine learning, AI, or data science projects. Strong knowledge of machine learning concepts, algorithms, and technologies. Solid experience managing cross-functional teams, particularly in a technical environment. Familiarity with agile project management methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban). Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Ability to understand complex technical concepts and explain them clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Preferred Skills Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for machine learning deployment. Experience with machine learning frameworks and tools (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.). Knowledge of data engineering practices and the data pipeline lifecycle. PMP, Scrum Master, or other project management certifications.
