Job Summary:

Technical Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure across multiple concurrent projects.
• Maintain comprehensive

  risk and issue registers

  , with timely escalation and resolution of blockers.
• Coordinate closely with

  onshore and offshore development teams

  , obtaining timely inputs for accurate project status updates.
• Actively work within

  Agile/SCRUM methodologies

  , facilitating sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and stand-ups.
• Manage and track progress using tools like

  MS Project

• Design and deliver

  project status reports

  for business and technical stakeholders, tailored to varied audiences.
• Develop and present

  project governance materials and process documentation

  to leadership teams.
• Conduct

  training sessions and workshops

  to promote process compliance and Agile best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally, requiring strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Apply technical knowledge in areas such as

  .NET, Angular & SQL Server

  , to ensure technical alignment and feasibility.
• Support continuous improvement through feedback loops and post-implementation reviews.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• 10+ years of experience in managing technical projects within a structured project management framework.
• Expertise in

  project tracking, reporting, and escalation

  mechanisms.
• Proficient in

  MS Project.

• Strong

  reporting flair

  , with the ability to design intuitive and insightful dashboards and reports.
• Hands-on exposure to

  SCRUM/Agile delivery models

• Excellent

  presentation and stakeholder management skills

  .
• Experience working with

  cross-functional and cross-country teams

  .
• Familiarity with

  .Net, SQL Server

  Angular

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

• Project Management Certification

  (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, CSM) preferred.

• MBA

  or equivalent management qualification is an added advantage
