Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities:

1.Lead and facilitate Agile development processes as Scrum Master for multiple teams. Ability to manage multiple tasks and organizing work optimally.

2.Coach teams on Agile principles, fostering self-organization and continuous improvement.

3.Ensure adherence to the Scrum framework, facilitating key events (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).

4.Remove obstacles to progress and escalate issues as necessary.

5.Help teams define sprint goals and break down work into actionable tasks.

6.Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain the product backlog and prioritize user stories.

7.Promote effective communication and transparency across teams and stakeholders.

8.Monitor team performance using Agile metrics and identify areas for improvement.

9.Foster a positive team culture that emphasizes continuous learning and value delivery.

10.Stay updated on Agile methodologies and industry best practices to enhance team efficiency.

Tools & Technologies:

• Proficiency in Agile process management and reporting tools (Jira, Microsoft Project Plan, Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines).
