Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Java Project Manager with 15 years of expertise in managing large-scale, complex software development projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading Java development teams, driving technical solutions, and ensuring successful project delivery. You will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, overseeing project progress, and ensuring that Java-based applications are delivered on time and within scope. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage end-to-end project life cycle for Java-based development projects. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Create and manage detailed project plans, ensuring resources, timelines, and budgets are appropriately allocated. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the project, ensuring the team adheres to deadlines, coding standards, and best practices. Foster a collaborative environment and guide development teams on technical challenges, providing mentorship and leadership. Facilitate communication between clients, stakeholders, and development teams. Monitor and track project progress, making necessary adjustments to ensure successful project delivery. Conduct risk assessments and proactively resolve potential project issues. Ensure quality assurance processes are followed, including code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing. Deliver clear and concise status reports to senior management and clients. Provide continuous improvement recommendations for development processes, tools, and methodologies. Requirements: 15+ years of experience in Java development with at least 5 years in a project management role. Proven experience managing large-scale Java-based projects (enterprise-level systems). Strong understanding of Java frameworks and technologies such as Spring, Hibernate, and microservices. Expertise in Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies. Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project, or similar. Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide development teams. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage stakeholders at all levels.
