📌 Own the project roadmap & execution
🧠 Convert business requirements into technical specifications & sprint tasks
🤝 Lead small–medium engineering teams (
2+ years team-handling experience

🧩 Solve architecture, system design, and technical challenges
🐍 Collaborate closely with Python, AI/ML, React.js & DevOps teams
🚀 Drive POCs, MVPs, and production-ready releases under strict timelines
📊 Manage end-to-end development cycles—hiring → planning → Kanban → QA → deployments
🔄 Ensure efficient CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes

What You MUST Bring

🧑 💻
4+ years full-time experience
in software development/product engineering
🐍
3+ years hands-on Python experience
, especially in
AI/ML applications
🤖 Strong understanding of
Generative AI (GenAI)
and modern ML workflows
🤝
2+ years of technical team leadership
🌐 Understanding of web applications &
React.js
fundamentals
🔧 Ability to make strong architecture & technical decisions
⚙️ Knowledge of
