15+yrs of experience. Should have started off as a hard core developer and not into a techno-functional project management role.
Must have experience in the BFSI domain and led at least one end-to-end banking product implementation within the last two years for Corporate Banking/Channel Banking/Payments/Transaction Banking.
Strong understanding of project management and delivery practices, with a proven track record of managing projects using Java technologies in the banking domain.
PMP or Agile certification, with solid practical experience in Agile methodologies.
Must possess strong technical acumen, particularly with Hybrid Cloud Technologies, and the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to stakeholders.
Exposure working across APAC and the Middle East regions.
