Job Description

Position: Technical Project Manager • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. • Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resources, and budgets. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are understood and met. • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet changing needs and requirements. • Expertise in JAVA, Spring Boot, Microservices, AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-based solutions. • Proven experience with Big Data, NoSQL/RDBMS, Redis, MemCache, Kafka, and AI/ML technologies. • Strong knowledge of iOS/Android development, data structures, and algorithms. • Proficiency in project management, strategic planning, and client engagement to drive business growth. • Experience with PHP, WordPress, ReactJS, NodeJS, Ionic, RESTful APIs, MySQL, CI/CD, and DevOps. Team Leadership • Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring collaboration and effective communication. • Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members. • Provide guidance and support to team members to achieve project goals. Technical Oversight • Understand technical aspects of the project to make informed decisions. • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure alignment with project goals. • Address technical challenges and provide solutions to keep projects on track. Education and Experience • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Masters preferred). • Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role. •PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus. Skills and Competencies • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana). • Strong technical background with the ability to understand complex technical concepts. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
