Technical Project Manager

Location: Remote (India)

Timings: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM; Mon-Fri

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager who brings both strong development expertise and proven project management experience. The ideal candidate has hands-on coding experience and has successfully led complex technical projects across multiple domains, including Web Development, Data Engineering, Data Science, AI/ML, and Business Intelligence.

You will act as a bridge between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring successful project delivery while providing technical guidance when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery across software and data-driven initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and business analysts to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Translate business requirements into actionable technical tasks and guide development teams.
• Manage project risks, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum practices and promote continuous improvement.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, providing regular project updates.
• Mentor and guide junior developers and team members in best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of total experience, with at least 3 years as a developer in web or data-focused projects.
• Strong expertise in managing projects in React, Angular, Node.js, Django, FastAPI, and familiarity with MERN/MEAN stacks.
• Experience in managing Data Engineering, Data Science, AI/ML, Data Analytics, and Business Intelligence projects.
• Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects in a technical capacity.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.).
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile Certified Practitioner, CSM, etc.).
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for deploying scalable solutions.
• Experience leading distributed or global teams.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software delivery frameworks.
