Technical Project Lead

Job Summary: We are looking for a Technical Project Lead who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, along with the ability to gather requirements, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and manage tasks across small to mid-size projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on with code while also playing a key part in project coordination and client communication. Key Responsibilities: Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Work closely with business teams to understand the requirements. Translate business needs into technical specifications. Technical Development: Take ownership of development tasks and implement features . Collaborate with other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions. Project Coordination: Assist in planning, tracking, and managing project deliverables. Monitor progress, identify risks or bottlenecks, and help resolve issues proactively. Support & Maintenance: Provide technical support for ongoing projects and assist with bug fixing. Suggest improvements in processes, tools, or technologies. Required Skills & Qualifications: 5–9 years of experience in software development in C# , .NET/.NET core/.NET 5+ , Entity Framework , ASP.NET MVC & Web API. Good understanding of full software development lifecycle (SDLC). Experience in gathering requirements and converting them into actionable tasks.
