Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Review and Manage

  End-to-End Project Creation, Planning, and Execution.

• Define and

  Document

  project scope,

  budget

  , timelines, and business justification.

• Plan projects

  by setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and tracking milestones and deliverables.
• Analyze, prepare, and present project data, reports, budgets, and risk assessments to senior executives.
• Review and manage

  Resource Requirements

  , ensuring optimal resource availability and allocation.
• Continuously

  Monitor Project Progress

  and provide regular status updates to project teams and key stakeholders.
• Ensure projects meet organizational standards, quality benchmarks, budget constraints, and delivery timelines.
• Identify potential risks proactively and work closely with project teams to implement mitigation plans.
• Interact with suppliers for sourcing activities and coordinate meetings with technical teams as required.

• Manage Customer Relationships

  and ensure effective communication with all stakeholders for smooth project execution and high customer satisfaction.
