Location Bangalore Job Description: ob Title : Program Manager III Job Category : Information Technology Duties : - Partner with Business and Technology leaders to execute the strategy for one or more key programs in VEP - Develop & deliver program plans that encompass all phases of planning, implementation, production readiness and support defining a cross-functional program structure. - Manage and track program execution to ensure successful, high-quality, on-time delivery by working through risks, and interdependencies. - Promote collaboration and coordination across broad categories of Stakeholders. - Partner with business unit and platform product management, and product development leadership to identify benefits, short- and long-term trade-offs and balance the needs of all stakeholders. - Anticipate, recognize, and work through resistance or setbacks independently, work well with others when conflicts arise.
