Starting with just 3 tech products related to tax and filing, we now build mobile and web-based SaaS products for invoices, taxes, payments, and credit and augment them with strong advanced analytics and artificial intelligence. We are also a Series C-funded startup with a strong team of 1000+ members, and as we continue to evolve into a world of new-financial solutions, were looking for individuals with perspectives to join our team. About the Role We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to join Clear. The Technical Program Manager will be responsible for managing projects and programs, from conception to delivery. This role requires a solid technical background, as well as the ability to lead cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a SAAS environment, and a strong track record of managing complex technical projects. They will be able to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities: Work with cross-functional teams to plan and execute complex technical projects Develop and maintain project plans and documentation Identify and manage project risks and issues; and suggest feasible solutions Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders Work with product and engineering teams to prioritize feature development Collaborate with the QA team to ensure the quality of deliverables Manage communication with external vendors and partners in case any Hands-on with data analysis; tracking usage metrics etc. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field 0-1 years of experience in technical program management Experience working in a SAAS environment Excellent project management skills, including experience with Agile methodologies Strong technical background, with experience in software development and architecture Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Experience with JIRA or other project management tools
